COMPETITIONS WON

Many of our projects were a result of limited design competitions which were won by us. Some of them are mentioned below : -

1. ‘Dyal Singh Public School’ – a senior-secondary school for ‘Dyal Singh College Trust Society Ltd.’ at Karnal, Haryana – Six Architects were invited for preparing conceptual presentations and we were awarded the project (1997).

2. ‘Triune House’ – a consolidated Corporate-cum-Engineering office for Triune Projects Pvt. Ltd. at Mathura Road, New Delhi – Three Architects were called for detailed design presentation and we were awarded the work (1997).

3. ‘Father Agnel School & Complex’ – a senior secondary school complex along with Hostel, Auditorium, Resource Centre etc. for ‘Agnel Charities’ at Sector-62, NOIDA – Six Architects were called to make a conceptual design and technical presentation in front of a jury of the seniors of Agnel Charities. Our designs were adjudged the best and we were awarded the project. (2000)

4. ‘VSNL Apartments’ – a multi-storeyed Group Housing complex for VSNL Officers Cooperative Housing Society Ltd. At Sector-62, NOIDA – Initially fifteen Architects were invited for a technical presentation. Out of the fifteen five were shortlisted for a detailed design presentation and we were adjudged the best and awarded the project. (2000)

5. ‘Yarrows Apartments’ – a multi-storeyed Group Housing complex for I.A.&A.S. Officers at Sector-62, NOIDA – Three Architects were invited to make a detailed presentation to the senior officers of the office of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India and on being adjudged winners we were awarded the project. (2000)

6. ‘Delhi Heart & Lung Institute’ (DHLI) – a Super-Speciality Hospital for ‘Apex Heartcare Pvt.Ltd.’at Panchkuian Road, New Delhi – four Architects were invited to make a detailed Interior Design Presentation. On being adjudged the best we were awarded the Project. (2004)

7. ‘Aravalli Heights’ – a multi-storeyed Group Housing complex for R.O. Cooperative Group Housing Society Ltd. At Sector-21-C-III, Faridabad, Haryana – Six Architects were invited to make a detailed presentation to the senior officers of the Society and on being adjudged winners we were awarded the project. (2003)

8. 'Vasant Vihar Club & Kalyan Kendras at Vasant Vihar & Shanti Niketan' -
Four Interior Design firms were invited to make detailed presentations and we were awarded the project (2018)
